MY STORY
I have spent my career working with and studying leaders and teams in my experience working at Google, Apple, and Microsoft, and in every situation came to the same conclusion — we all just want to be seen.
Technology is moving at lightning speed, and in the race to push the industry in ways we never thought possible, we can lose sight of the fact that people are at the center of everything we do.
My coaching, writing, and workshops are about reframing this equation. By focusing on the many dimensions that make up who we are, I work with people to unlock their greatest potential, both around what they want for themselves, and how they show up in creating inclusive teams where everyone can thrive.

With extensive experience coaching women in tech and the corporate world, my group coaching helps create transformation by building a community of trust and support, while pushing the boundaries on how to think about challenges through a new lens.

Focusing on fundamentals of effective teams including how to foster inclusive environments, build psychological safety, give and receive feedback, and establish healthy team norms during times of change, all workshops are custom built to meet the needs of the teams and organizations I work with.
Consulting
Leveraging my experience building and scaling team programs, I work with managers or leaders wanting to build diverse, inclusive, and effective teams. My consultation helps leaders develop actionable and scalable programs to create accountability and change at all levels of their organizations.
